Wrinkles & Fine Lines

As we age, our skin loses elasticity and moisture, and its ability to repair itself diminishes. This is due to factors such as natural ageing, sun exposure, repetitive facial expressions, lifestyle and environmental factors.

While the ageing process is inevitable, there are several ways to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and prevent new ones from forming.

At Skinlux Face and Body Perth, our team undergo advanced cosmetic aesthetics training and offer the latest non-invasive treatments with a personalised approach.

Take the first step by booking a consultation with a comprehensive facial assessment – essential before your first treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

We follow Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) guidelines to ensure your safety and comfort. The Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) screening tool helps us address any underlying mental health concerns and maintain high standards of care. This is essential before before any cosmetic aesthetics treatment.

During your first appointment, our healthcare professional will ask BDD questions and review your medical history and may conduct a screening if necessary. This helps us create personalised treatment plans and make informed decisions for your well-being.

Avoid strenuous exercise and large alcohol consumption for 24 hours before treatment to reduce the risk of bruising.

Do not take aspirin or Vitamin E at least a week before any cosmetic aesthetic treatments.

Our cosmetic nurse will discuss and advise on aftercare recommendations.

Due to TGA and AHPRA new regulations, all clinics are not legally allowed to advertise prices for Schedule 4 medications, which include cosmetic aesthetics.

To get an accurate understanding of costs, please book a consultation with our cosmetic nurse.

Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, as well as those with underlying neurological diseases such as Myasthenia Gravis, should avoid this treatment. We offer different treatments to address your concerns, please book a skin consult to learn more.
