About the role
- Part-timer up to 30hrs per week
- Pay above market rate depending on experience with bonuses and incentives
- Massive discounts on retail products
- Flexibility to work either Wedneday or Thursday nights, and Saturdays
- Deliver services such as skin treatments and body sculpting
- Manage bookings and pick up phone calls
- Retain and re-book clients with our high-conversion method
- Educate clients to understand treatment and skin conditions before treatment
- Willing to take content (pictures and videos for us to post on social media)
- Other administrative tasks when needed
- Training provided

Requirements
- Cert in Advanced Diploma in beauty therapy or Cosmetic Dermal Science
- 2+ years experience as a beauty or dermal therapist
- Must be a team player
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to learn and follow company processes, methods and techniques as we need to create consistent results for clients.

Meet Our Founder
Jellie is the founder and owner of Skinlux Face and Body. She has always been passionate about Skin health and would feel extremely rewarded after seeing how her clients lives changed with the newfound confidence.
She also enjoy educating our clients with information backed by science, to help them understand how their skin can improve by using active ingredients and quality skin treatments rather than believing the bubbles of social media.
Jellie wanted to help more people with their skin with a higher quality of service and treatment, rather than being treated like a number. This is why she founded Skinlux Face and Body.
She bought over the business in 2018 and revamp it to give the love it deserved. From re-branding and upgrading to new machines, Jellie and her Husband Leo went all in with the business.
Despite facing my challenges, Skinlux is now a busy clinic with loyal clients and is expanding. Jellie has created a great environment for the team to thrive and develop professionally. At Skinlux, hard work gets rewarded and compensated accordingly.
As a mum, Jellie understands the importance of having flexible schedules for kids drop offs and pickups. The team has flexibility with their working hours as much as possible as long as they give enough notice to fill in the gaps.
