To avoid incurring fee (and so we can have time to fit another patient into your cancelled appointment slot) we require cancellations to be made more than 2 working days before your appointment.

Cancellations which are made less than 24 hours will incur $30 fee.

If you have a pre-paid package with us, it will be either pay for the late cancellation fee of $30 or 1 session will be taken out of your package.

Skinlux Booragoon Clinic reserve the right to refuse any further appointments if a client has an outstanding balance.
